Fitting a cross training shoes is almost like fitting other sport shoes. When you try the cross trainer shoes and walk around the store, try to bend down and loosen your too to find out how soft and flexible they are. Try to wear them with socks that you usually use during your athletic activities. Try to get the feel on them on every surface so you can see their ability to grip on the floor and perform some motions that you usually do, move side to side, jump a little bit, and run a short distance until you really comfortable with the shoe.
Training shoes must fit comfy without pinching across the widest part of your foot or heel. If the shoe pinches your toes, the effect can be everything from blisters to bunions to fractures. The food depends on a specific range of motion to work well during a step and the footwear you select must enhance and support the range of motion, not prohibit it.
